Main business and research segments of LP Die-cutting (Beijing) include: Mechanical and Functional Die-Cut, Branding & Decoration, Thermal Management, Ceramics In-mold, and Laser Activation Bonding Applications. These are to provide the world's leading customers with total system solutions and overall customer satisfaction through LP Die-cutting (Beijing)'s innovative tailer-made design and professional technology applications.


Job responsibilities:
* Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
* Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
* Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets
* Identify, develop a targeted list of key accounts
* Prospect potential clients using various channels (Cold calls, networking, meetings, and etc.)
* Maintain customer satisfaction through strong Account Management and Implementation skills
* Participate actively in our marketing activities (trade shows, promotional events)
* Act as an ambassador and role model for your business

Qualifications & Requirements: 
Requirements:
· Excellent sales, presentation and negotiation skills
· Good business sense with an in-depth understanding of solution and consultative selling
· Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team
· Team player and self-motivated
· Very good Chinese language ability is a must
